I assure you, dear client that I will surpass your expectation and I will give you 101% of satisfaction. I had a year of a customer service agent and 4 years of experiences of Office and Admin (Virtual Assistant).  I can say that I am good at speaking, reading, translating, writing and most of all good at office works. As a teacher, I do meetings, lesson planning, preparing student assessment, making presentations, being resourceful and most of all supporting and providing its needs. During holidays, I spent most of my time traveling, editing (video and photo), and singing.  Those years made me capable of the skills that I input.
