the first phase of the plant's being obtained by the leading, international cement producer.
Providing full administrative support to CAPEX manager and project team. Acting independently
as a project manager of several corporate projects, all of them targeted towards making local
CAPEX business process compliant with corporate requirements.
Responsibilities and assignments:
Supports CAPEX manager in major projects, some of them being fuel conversion
project, filter replacement, pipeline relocation, etc.
Assists in project definition
Provides assistance throughout a process of tender preparation, tender evaluation and
contract management.
Provides assistance in purchasing and preparation of documentation for custom
clearance of foreign supplies in relation to capital expenditures projects; coordination
with local customs authorities and forwarding agencies.

Organizes meetings with the team and suppliers, both local and international

Prepares and distributes monthly cost reports (BU/forecast), and progress reports to the

Acts as a Project Manager of "Project Management Approach" (PMA), the corporate
methodology for managing projects developed based on PMI principles. After induction
training (Switzerland), and train-the-trainer (Serbia), organizes end user training.
Throughout the process, acts as a facilitator to Project Managers in order to ensure
proper project definition and planning, as well as transparent communication between a
project client and project manager and the team.
Acts as a Project Manager of the regional project "Solve", the initiative whose goal is
efficient and effective problem solving. The key principles being root cause analysis and
risk assessment.
