About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Consultant to drive growth
and provide strategic guidance for our operations in Kazakhstan. In this hybrid role, you will lead
new business development efforts, generate leads, and provide expert consulting in business
planning and market strategy—primarily within the IT sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of the
Kazakhstani market and a passion for helping businesses grow. While the role offers flexibility
for remote work, some on-site presence will be required to support operations and engage with
local partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the local market
Provide strategic business consulting, including planning, market entry, and expansion
support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners on the ground
