Ivana Banjac

I’m Ivana Banjac, a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a legal background and a passion for connecting people, ideas, and opportunities across borders. Currently pursuing a Master's in International Relations in Budapest, I bring together my academic foundation in law, hands-on leadership in international student networks, and a people-centered approach to talent and team development. Prior to this role, I have been working in Customer Support for a luxury limo transportation company called EmpireCLS.

My journey has taken me through Erasmus+ exchanges in the Netherlands and Spain, leadership roles in the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) at both local and national levels, and international training programs focused on law, leadership, and youth empowerment. Along the way, I’ve led teams, developed impactful projects in the NGO sector, and learned to thrive in multicultural environments.
