Ivan Zabolotnyi

I am a Java backend developer with over 20 years of experience in building end-to-end software solutions. I have worked in international companies on projects in the banking sector, insurance, and e-commerce. I graduated from the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” with a degree in “Computer-Aided Design and Engineering Systems.”

My career began with developing software for scientific laboratories and measurement systems. Later, I focused on creating CRM systems, online banking platforms, and enterprise solutions for financial organizations. I have hands-on experience in designing business logic, developing SOAP and REST services, working with network resources, and working with databases such as Oracle and DB2.

I have also led junior developers and implemented CI/CD practices within the team. Throughout my career, I have worked on backend systems built on the Spring platform, including device management platforms and e-commerce solutions.

Currently, I am engaged in a large-scale SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) project, where I develop and maintain backend components and drive the migration from a monolithic architecture to a modular one.
