Living in a small town with large industrial companies I have been exposed to a great deal of manufacturing and processes. Also growing up and living on a farm has made you think outside the box. Being capable of motivating a team and set an example I have achieved great success in increasing production rates with minimum risk and personal, decreasing downtime in certain areas from 6 weeks to 8 days by innovating and implementing procedures to maximize profitability and up time. I have won many awards for my contribution and insights. When ever there was a challenge I would put my hand up first to go the extra mile.
