To me, great communication comes from clear, honest, audience-centric messaging that uses empathy and deep understanding to speak the language of the consumer. Creating a message that resonates with the consumer in content and context allows a brand and its values to become integrated within the customer’s sense of identity and value system.

Through the sole use of content marketing increased the social media following from approx. 1300 followers to more than 4500 followers on WeChat, effectively promoting firm-wide and Greater China projects, and Gensler brand events. Through leveraging social media influencers generated 100 000+ impressions for Gensler projects and events in Chinese social media.
Created and implemented a video production workflow leveraging internal and external resources, enabling the Shanghai office and Greater China in-house creation of video, photo, and multimedia content for events, sales presentations, events, and in social media as part of a firm-wide strategy to leverage video and interactive content.
Created compelling case stories, social media posts, public and internal-use presentations and speeches in support of sales presentations, public appearances, and creation of marketing collateral for the retail, workplace, branding, and architectural design studios in the Gensler Shanghai office.
