About Me

I’m Ivan Amunga, a passionate and versatile professional with a strong foundation in data, innovation, and strategic thinking. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Machakos University, where I developed a deep understanding of risk, financial modeling, and statistical analysis. Over time, my academic training evolved into a broader interest in data-driven decision-making, entrepreneurship, and the intersection of technology and business.

My early professional experience includes an internship at AON – Minet Kenya, where I was exposed to the inner workings of insurance and risk consulting. This experience sharpened my skills in data handling, reporting, and client engagement. I also worked part-time as a network technician, an opportunity that grew my problem-solving skills and deepened my comfort with tech infrastructure. These roles laid the groundwork for my transition into analytics and innovation.

Beyond formal work, I’ve taken on entrepreneurial and leadership roles, such as founding Infino Designs, a creative venture exploring branding, design, and digital strategy. I'm also actively involved in community development efforts, notably with the Vihiga Community Mazingira Community Platform, where I support strategic planning and organizational growth.

Whether it's designing digital experiences, analyzing trends to uncover insights, or building scalable solutions, I bring a curious mind, a disciplined work ethic, and a drive to create meaningful impact. My interests lie in product innovation, entrepreneurship, data analytics, and sustainable development.

Recently, I’ve also explored the world of proprietary trading through FTMO and financial platforms like MT5, reflecting my growing interest in financial markets and self-directed investing. I enjoy exploring how economic systems and emerging technologies can empower individuals and communities.
