I am a results driven Procurement, Logistics, and Operations professional with practical experience across real estate management, procurement, and supply chain operations. My experience spans multiple sectors. In procurement, I manage end to end purchasing processes, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. I have successfully identified suppliers across regional markets, negotiated competitive pricing, and ensured timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.

In my work with real estate operations at Kalungi Estates, I handled property management functions, including supervising staff, managing tenant-related operations, and overseeing revenue streams. This role strengthened my ability to manage high value assets, coordinate teams, and maintain operational control in fast-moving environments. I also developed strong organizational and reporting skills, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial and operational processes.

Additionally, my experience at Miqdad expanded my exposure to business operations and coordination, where I supported procurement and logistics functions while contributing to overall operational efficiency. Across all roles, I have consistently focused on improving processes, reducing delays, and ensuring smooth coordination between different departments.

From my earlier logistics role, I gained hands-on experience in fleet coordination, route optimization, and delivery tracking using GPS systems. I have worked on improving delivery timelines, enhancing asset security, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. I also understand the importance of demand planning and inventory control in avoiding shortages and minimizing unnecessary costs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics Management and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, strengthening both my technical and strategic capabilities.
