My name is Istvan Szabo. I'm a Hungarian former dancer-choreographer with a huge experience of fitness and wellness. Literally my whole life is about moving, managing bodyweight, cooking simple foods, and writing about all of these. I'm in this business since my twenties, when I kind of retired from my dancer career and became a fitness trainer, a massage therapist, and all above a nutrition advisor and researcher because of my own pains and weight problems. I studied a lot and experienced much more, and know I'm really sure, every human being is different and unique, and theres no any 'One Size Fits All' diet. I don't believe in boring meal plans, but believe in meal diaries and paying attention of what the body needs, what it tells. I believe in learning and experiencing together with my clients, not forcing them what to do, how to eat, but figuring out together what is best, and it works better than any strict and unbearable diet.
