Situation
In March 2025, I collaborated with Nyaji Star
Hotel, a newly established hospitality brand
in Tamale, to improve their digital presence.
The hotel lacked proper social media
structure and had no verified presence on
Google. My role was to audit their existing
channels, optimize their visibility, and create
foundational digital assets to support their
growth.
Assignment
To audit and optimize Nyaji Star Hotel’s
social media platforms, and to set up a
Google Business Profile that would boost
local discoverability, credibility, and
customer engagement.

Approach
Conducted a detailed audit of the hotel’s
Facebook and Instagram accounts to identify
performance gaps and opportunities.
Developed platform-specific optimization
strategies, including profile enhancements,

strategy on social media, the brand needed
guidance to boost visibility and drive
conversions on Facebook and Instagram.
Approach
I conducted a full audit of Apricot Foods Ghana’s
Instagram and Facebook pages,
Identified key areas for improvement.
I recommended profile optimizations, a
structured content strategy focused on products,
customer stories, and food tips, and realistic
promotional campaigns to boost engagement.
I also created sample visuals using Canva and
proposed simple short-form video ideas.
