Residential Buildings Group (RBG), now called Ayala Land Premier Residential Buildings Group (ALP-RB), within the Fort Bonifacio
Global City (FBGC) in Taguig City.
The project is integrated in the area technically termed as "Lot B", which is 1-2 hectares in size and earmarked for a mixed-use type
development with residential use as the dominant land use. The area has relatively flat terrain and sloping towards the southwestern
portion.
One Serendra Phase 1 (Sections A)
Phase 1 project which is a mixed-used type development with residential use as the dominant land use and with commercial rental
spaces. The project is a high-end residential unit with 7 medium-rise towers of about 6-9 storeys. 1 lever of below-grade parking and
