I had experience as a Shift Manager at Golden Arches Development Corporation where we focused on food safety, customer service, maintaining a safe environment, coaching crew members, and managing daily operations. Prior to that, I worked as an Advocate/Subject Matter Expert (SME) at TTEC Philippines, where I trained new hires, handled customer complaints, prepared forecast analysis, analyzed call center metrics, and ensured company goals were met.
