Been with two companies before settling to homebased jobs. One of those were i was a part of a billing specialist for Microsoft, we handle unauthorize charges, cancellation of subscriptions, activating subscriptions, removing and changing payment methods.
Second is were i was a part of Catalina's Technical Support, we maintain the store's server for coupons, we call and remotely fix coupon printers issues, send a dispatch if needed.
And currently i do live transfer for a lending company in US.
