I am from Kolkata, West Bengal. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali languages. I have completed my graduation from Calcutta University on Accountancy Honours after that I did Masters from Vidyasagar University. In the mean-time I was doing tuitions. After that I started working in Pathfinder Educational Centre as a Junior Accountant. There I used to post journal entries in tally software with pace and correctness, reconciling the Bank Statements, maintain petty cash and asset registers, vouch and post petty cash vouchers, draft mail which needed to be done in a timely manner and assisting the audit department. Filing, documentation and assisting audit department as and when needed. Highlighting any discrepancies in data.

      Currently I am in Shah Honda handling both front and back office work. Here I am involved in greeting walk in persons and on phone, answering their queries by providing information and directing them to designated departments. Accurately entering customer quotations ad booking informations into database and extracting daily follow up reports, entering challans in software systems and providing the same to different sub-dealers. Performing general data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word. Maintaining log books, including enquiries received, complains lodged, sale letters received. Collecting and processing customer payments. Managing front office reception area by organizing desk.

                      I spent my free time on doing paintings and listening to songs which now I want to divert into something profitable. I have a good typing speed with accuracy. Being a creative person I have decided to put my extra time into something that will provide me with monetary benefits, somewhere I will not be monotonous with the work and thus I am into this part time content writing and various data entry projects. I have completed a course online and now I am a certified data entry operator and also hold a certificate in Diploma in Financial Accounting System. I am very much dedicated and honest with my work. The project provided will always be completed within deadline. Any kind of error if noticed will always be reported before submitting the final work.
