Accomplishments and Responsibilities
Checks, ensures and monitors the quality of work procedures done inside
the plant:
o Documentation of work procedures
o Work supervision and photo documentation
Concrete Testing Monitoring :
o Assists in quality control of procedures during concrete pouring such
as slump test, concrete sample gathering and inventory
o Coordinating and scheduling of concrete testing
o Witnessing of concrete testing at third-party testing laboratories
o Documentation of results and coordinates with construction engineer
regarding test results
As a safety committee member:
o Designing, printing, and posting safety signage and other signage as
per requirement
o Constructing, designing, and revising safety training modules
o Conducts safety orientation for new employees and safety briefing
for old employees
o Checks, ensures and monitors safety inside the plant via conducting
safety inspections and strict implementation of safety rules and
regulations
Assists in environmental compliance of the company:
o Hazardous waste classification and handling/storage procedure
o Submission of SMR and CMR when PCO is not available
o Assists in documentation and monitoring of 3rd-party testers during
emission testing
Other QA works such as billet inspection and receiving; bunker fuel oil
inspection, testing and receiving; rebar tolling; mill test; rebar sample
preparation; and test witnessing/other business outside of the company
