I was trained in a fairly competitive call center in the Philippines dealing with clients from the United States of America. I catered to inbound calls from various countries all over the aforementioned state and handled both inquiries and complaints from members of our marketed health-sharing program. I learned every necessary detail about our product to answer their queries and provide the best possible service to our customers, with my mind always set to be the representative that they need to help address their concerns and ensure my client's convenience as my priority.

I believe that communication is a very significant aspect not just in terms of work but also in our daily lives. It's the bridge that connects people and fills the gaps to create an understanding between people of races.

Currently, I am open for opportunities that will help me grow professionally as an individual and I'm willing to learn to be able to reach my full potential to provide unparalleled work ethics and service.
