Isaac is currently an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer with the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria for more than a decade now. He has been assigned to several responsibilities to include among others, Personnel Management, Project Analysis, Investment Management, Financial Management and Management Services. He has been involved in assisting in the formulation, execution and review of policies while assisting in supervising the training of Junior Staff. He is also the head of the Admin./HR ICT unit. He has successfully led HR transformation initiatives which has brought about digitizing HR workflows that improved efficiency by 40%, and implementing strategic policies that enhanced organizational performance by 35%.

Isaac joined the West African Transitional Justice Centre (WATJ Centre), Abuja in 2018 where he has been working actively as a Research Officer on issues bordering on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolutions. He has been involved in several negotiation and mediation processes which has earned him the title of a 'Peace Scholar'.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (Internal Conflicts). He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chartered) as a Professional Manager.  

Isaac has attended several trainings and workshops. Amongst others include, the Nationwide Payroll Training for Role Players organized by the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) of the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF); Workshop on the Newly Developed Enrollment Application organized by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM)and Third Party Intervention organized by the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSS). He attended the workshop on 'Exploring African Potentials: A Panacea to Africa’s Growth and Sustainable 

Development Woes: A Multi-Disciplinary Approach' where he made presentation and published a journal article.

Isaac's current research interest includes issues on personnel management, labour dispute management, communication and governance.

His aim is Finding creative solutions to complex problems and complex solutions to simple problems. A peace advocate committed to sustainable peace in the society through preventive diplomacy, peace making, humanitarian assistance and post conflict peace building all geared towards promoting global peace!
