I went on take up the position of Personal Assistant to the Director in another school which made my work description entirely different even though I work in a school. In my bid to be able to work efficiently using various ICT tools to be outstanding, I up-skilled by taking IT Support skills and started using various CRM and Project Management tools to monitor my Principal’s projects. This has made me an indispensable part of my Principal’s work, because I make their life and schedules seamless and I increase their productive by over 50% to allow them focus on executive decisions.
