My experience in data entry started when I was in BPO company, I started my career there as a Data Analyst. I handle insurance claims, analyze, review and process them, if they are payable by the Insurance company or not, taking in consideration all the validating procedures we have. I learn to become proficient in using MS excel on that job because, that's one of the tool we used a lot. I learn to think outside of the box, think of innovative ideas to make the process easier, reports to be more efficient and tools that are more user friendly. When I become a Real Estate Virtual Assistant my task includes adding and updating data base contact information, creating buyer's list/lead generation, doing skip tracing and more. With these tasks, I became skilled in google sheet I know how to maximize it, like using conditional formatting, use formulas, pivot tables, vlookup etc. to organize the data and Ad ons, to speed up my task. I also use google calendar it is very important in task management especially for a VA like me, because we have a different time zone. I also have experience in financial data analysis. I analyze financial reports and make the necessary entry on the tools used to make the data more easily be understood. I put value on the details and accuracy of my reports, because I don't want to only perform what is ask of me, but I want to contribute more to the company and help them generate more revenue and excel in the industry.
More about myself, I have excellent communication skills, reading with comprehension, speaking and writing are my top skills. I can do cold callings, being confident and articulate are some of the traits that help me. Also my researching skills, I maximize my resources to get the data that I need to generate leads as well. I can offer the best customer service, as I can handle different customers approach, I stay compose even if I encounter rude customers. I just don't deliver outputs, but I go the extra mile to go beyond, I always try to find ways to make my work easier and faster. I always look for growth opportunities that's why I'm hungry for knowledge, I'm eager to learn new skills and tools. I just attended an advanced course training in Data Entry and Lead Generation to gain more knowledge and expertise on this field. As of the moment I'm self-studying Accounting/Bookkeeping and looking for available training to widen my knowledge. Because for me knowledge is power if you want to succeed then invest in yourself.
