I have 4 years of Customer Service Experience which includes inbound and outbound phone, email and live chat support. I resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint, and provide the best solution to solve the problem. I also provide answer for product and service inquiries and suggest information about other products and services at the same time. I have used Magento, Netsuite and Salesforce Desk to update customer's order or account information, reset password, send email, process requests such as cancellation of order or membership, return and exchange. I have used Netbanx to process or check refund inquiries while Incontact and Vicidial are what I have used to make or receive phone calls.

Aside from attending to customer requests, I also perform administrative tasks such as contacting vendor managers and suppliers using Outlook and submitting documents or daily reports using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. I also have a background knowledge with Microsoft publisher.
