Click on the Buy and select All Homes
In searching for the area of your potential market, Please make sure that the Buyer Tab is highlighted, type the potential market address on the search bar and then click search.
After you click search, make sure to go to the more filters.
After doing that, go back to the home page and make sure to click the dropdown list on the Any Property Type and click the Single Family Homes.
And of course, we wanted to choose the Property Price so click the dropdown list on the first tab in the home page which is the Any Price so that it will filtered according to the price that we desired.
Go back to the More Filters tab on the latter part, make sure to click the dropdown list and choose expand the Area in 20 miles to make sure to target the metro area and not only the City that we put in the search tab.
Our target is more than a thousand results, most preferably 2,000 because everything under a thousand is not a good market. If the result is more than 2,000 or 3,000, please go on.
