I was a former Social Media Manager and Lead Generation of a Social Media Marketing Agency before with a contract of 6 months. My tasks are finding clients through social media platforms, sending messages, and responding to clients' inquiries via chat/email, creating scheduled posts for Facebook and Instagram, creating simple graphics for the social media post, analytics and reporting, and social media audit.
I was also a former Insurance Agent of Pru Life UK for 2 years and my tasks are generating prospect leads, communicating with the prospects/clients, building rapport, explaining policy terms, ensuring that the clients understand the policy, ensuring that all of the policy requirements are fulfilled, preparing and submitting claims, and developing marketing strategies to attract more clients.
I can work with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, or operations. I am familiar with Canva, Capcut, WordPress, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, and other tools.
