In my 7 years working as a call center representative, Nurse, and a social media manager, I already meet a different kind of personality in different clients, some are good, some are bad, some help you grow, with this, learn how to be resilient, not too pleased but to perform well in my work, I always look outside the box, giving extra mile in every project on everything that I do, find answers if I don't understand something, giving 120% just to meet client expectation, being dignified in everything.
