Irish Apple Borja

My name is Irish Apple Borja, a 23-year-old Industrial Engineering graduate from Calamba, Laguna. I am currently transitioning to remote work because I am passionate about helping individuals and businesses grow, stay organized, and operate more efficiently. I believe that remote opportunities allow me to use my skills flexibly while supporting clients in ways that genuinely make a positive impact on their goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, which equipped me with strong foundational skills in systems analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving. These skills became highly valuable in my early professional experience as a Quality Assurance staff. In this role, I performed product inspections, monitored standards, prepared reports, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to maintain high levels of quality and consistency. My experience taught me to be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement—qualities that remain central to the way I work today.

In addition to my QA background, I also worked as an Administrative Assistant, further developing my organizational and communication skills. I have experience managing schedules, handling documentation, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting day-to-day office operations. This role strengthened my ability to multitask, prioritize tasks under pressure, and ensure the smooth flow of workplace activities. I enjoy assisting others, solving organizational challenges, and making processes easier for the people I support.

Beyond my technical and administrative experience, I am also knowledgeable and passionate about social media management. I enjoy creating content, planning strategies, monitoring engagement, and maintaining consistent branding. Social media is not only a creative space for me but also a powerful tool that helps businesses connect with their audience and build their identity online. Working in this area allows me to combine creativity with strategy—something I genuinely love doing.
