Working in the Customer Service Cruise ship
Industry for almost 10 years gave me the knowledge
and skills to work competitively in a multi verse
environment in dealing with Customers and gain
guest satisfaction above and beyond. I decided to
hone my skills further thru online class and
tutorials which gave me the basics and the tools
needed to become a Virtual Assistant to help me get
started.
