I have BPO experience in telco accounts, answering calls regarding their sim card issue, basic bookkeeping in an office-based company, and loan originator, I'm processing loan applications and explaining regarding their loan interest, and now I have full-time work which is a content moderator, I'm reviewing videos from a social media platform to protect viewers if there is inappropriate content. I think I can use these skills to start my virtual assistant journey or other niches, im willing to be trained, and ready to learn additional skills to find a client.
