My experience with web projects covers multiple domains: content management, business analysis and functional specifications elicitation, project and team management, product management and web marketing.

For the last eight years, I have been fulfilling the role of Content and Functional Analyst for customers' online products, constantly monitoring their efficiency in delivering high quality user experience and engaging consumers and coming up with improvement suggestions.

Since 2015, I work as a Freelance Digital Consultant, being involved in web projects coordination and providing UX consulting (from prototyping to usability tests and insights) and Content Creation and Management services.
