I have worked for A Government Agency in Australia as Data Entry Clerk in processing Passport applications. I have received a High achievement trophy from my manager for processing the most passport applications and for quality work. I have worked for another Government Agency in Australia as a Customer Contact Officer in Inbound Call centre. I enjoyed helping the Australian public with issuing advanced payments, processing fortnightly reporting for jobseekers, helping customers that had issues with using the phone app and more, all with empathy and kindness. I used 1o+ different software programs open on 2 screens at the same time to be able to help customers, Authenticate their accounts and follow company policies and procedures. Two months ago I have started building simple ManyChat Chatbots for businesses that are looking for automation and to increase their sales by 2-3x. These chatbots also help businesses to save 10-15 hours each week and help businesses save money as well.
