I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, duly admitted to the legal bar in 2023. I hold a post graduate degree in law from the Kenya school of law. I am also a trained mediator. I have previously worked at a law firm in Nairobi where I was responsible for legal drafting and research, litigation, client interviews, pre trial preparations and legal administration. I am currently responsible for legal research and drafting, legal reforms, preparing reports, minutes, proposals and facilitating trainings of Kenya Judiciary employees. I have had the privilege of being part of a team that has developed material for use by advocates and judicial officers in matters elections. This includes the recent election compendium for 2022 election petitions. The compendium serves as an important educational tool for all stakeholders involved in election management. It complies decisions from magistracy to the Supreme Court offering readers the advantage of understanding the written law and how different players within the election dispute resolution system have interpreted and applied it. My work also involves monitoring and evaluation of election related disputes from start to finish. I have also drafted case briefs on various topics including adoption through surrogacy which is still a developing subject in Kenya.
