Over the past few years, I have gained valuable experience working in various capacities that have strengthened my communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

My journey began in healthcare and mental health, where I served as a Clinical Psychologist at St. Anne Mission Hospital. In this role, I provided counseling and psychosocial support to individuals dealing with trauma, stress, and mental health challenges. I then expanded my experience by working as an Online Therapist at PsychX, helping clients virtually with emotional and behavioral issues. These roles sharpened my active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

I also worked as a Research Assistant at GeoPoll, where I was responsible for conducting surveys, analyzing data, and ensuring the accuracy of research outputs. This enhanced my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Prior to that, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Altruist Technologies. There, I handled client inquiries, resolved issues promptly, and maintained positive client relationships. This experience improved my multitasking abilities and gave me a strong foundation in client-focused communication and conflict resolution.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and basic CRM systems. I am also tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote, digital environments.
