,persuasive and we have to listen to our customers .

terms and conditions .
-We transfer it to verification to close the sale and
they do credit pulling ., before it will be considered
as a sale for us, the customer needs to provide all
the details necessary first.
-In this campaign I was able to hit the target on a
weekly basis and I was promoted as a trainer for a
short period of time

-In this company my first campaign was called
1800flowers.com it's a seasonal account. It's an
order taking , up-sell and we do outbound calls. Customers are calling in to order the products seen
in our website for special occasions like Valentines,
Mother's day and etc. We do outbound to call the
florist if the product is available or the once who's
in charge of the shipping. -We need to maintain our
CSAT or DSAT to stay in the campaign I was top 2
out of 50 agents in this campaign. -Because of my
good performance I was absorb with another
account it is DR. LEONARDS it's catalog order
taking upsell same with AMO my next account.

-Cold calling campaign in UK called PPI which stands for (Payment
Protection Insurance ). We use a dialer or crm provided by our client , for us
to be monitored. This is the toughest campaigns I have ever experienced.
We have to call the customer with or without information in the system .
We have to say our opening spiel and the rebuttals with confidence and
persuasiveness to get to the next step. Because that's one of the
requirement as an outbound specialist
-Next is to confirm the details or if not found in the system we ask for it.
After that we give them instructions so they can get their loan,mortgage
credit card numbers then ask which has PPI on ? through a live bank
transfer using our system in place . We cut the call and ask them how was
the call? without customers knowing that we are listening to the entire call .
We ask them to provide the necessary details for us to transfer them to
verifications team . Verifications team will just verify all the details before
considering it as a sale .
-All and all the call would take an hour or more than an hour.I was able to
hit my quota every week and get my incentives for hitting it. If not then I'll
be out of the campaign. Luckily I stayed with the campaign until the
contract ended.

campaign contract was ended
. Our next account is called
PBA (Package Bank Acoount) still a UK account with the
same client . This time it's
simpler . No more bank
transfers . All we need to do is ask them if they have bank
accounts and proceed to data gathering then transfer to
verifications to be verified as a sale .
-We have a quota to hit on a weekly basis and if your not able to, you will be
out of the
campaign right away . I was with the campaign until the
contract ended.

Client's . We offer exclusive packages for their security and
alarm system.They will be converted to sale if they agree with

-We have to make sure that the leads are good which means they are

-In this campaign I have to contact a list of phone numbers and
look for a specific person so I can discuss with them what the
purpose of my call is all about so they can make decision in
regards to purchasing.
- After I have spoken to the purchasing manager I will then send
them an email about the catalogs, the white labeling, the pricing
etc about the product.
-If we are not able to speak to them we set a callback and also
build a good working relationship with them. So I have to build
rapport and established trust so I can give them the assurance
that we are legitimate and someone they can work with as far as
the Industry is concern
-If they are Interested I will send them also an invoice about the
payment instruction.
-I have to do follow up call so I know the status of the order or If
they are available to talk to and discuss the products we offer to
them.
Real Estate/Appointment Setter

-In this campaign the Client is providing us log ins for us to use in
Xen Call. We wait for the numbers and calls to pop up and speak
to them using the script provided.
-We then follow the script by asking them questions about the
property and pre-qualify them.
-If they are interested in selling there property we will put all the
information in the Podio and have our Home Advisors to give
them a call .
-We ask them for the time and date they would be available to
speak for our Home Advisors to give them a call and discuss
about the offer.
-We have to ask them more questions that would be helpful to our
Home Advisers.
