Irene Auma

I am a Public Health Consultant with over 13 years of experience supporting program implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), health education, proposal development, and technical reporting for NGOs, development partners, and research teams.

I have hands-on experience in immunization programs, MNCH, nutrition, community-based surveillance, outbreak response, risk communication and community engagement (RCCE), and One Health programming. My work focuses on strengthening program performance, data use, documentation, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making.

I support clients with program documentation, donor reports, M&E frameworks, logframes, indicators, data analysis (STATA, SPSS, Epi Info), training materials, SOPs, and health education content. I work using a milestone-based and results-oriented approach, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and high-quality outputs.

I am available for short-term and long-term consultancy assignments and enjoy collaborating on projects aimed at improving health outcomes, strengthening community systems, and supporting implementation teams.
