I worked for Tutor ABC for six months and I've had a wonderful experience working with them.
I've past probation, which lasts 3 months and I got my TEFL certificate while I was working and became a certificated English teacher. It was a great experience working online. I have been working with adults and juniors, also. I've got many compliments during my teaching period, such as: paying attention, friendly, very patient, etc.
Before my classes I'd set goals for every of them. That was to be attentive and patient, to make the material interesting and adoptable for students and to improve their skills.
I think setting goals is important for achievements.
Also, I've been teaching students in private classes, in my room. I am helping them with their homework, grammar, vocabulary and their projects.
I have been doing it for many years, before I've become an online English teacher.
I love this job the most, and I work it with passion and enthusiasm.
