Hi my name is Ingrid, I have been in the call center industry foe more than 10 years, I have done customer service, have work with different clients. I have work in the healthcare industry; setting up appointments, pharmacy support, insurance elegibility, triage calls too, etc. I worked with a website called Navinet tht also gives technical support and customer support to the major insurance companies.
At my last job, I worked with an optical retail company where I was able to do operational support, email, goggle calendar set up, coaching, training of sales associates, setting up goals. Also as a retail recruiter I was in charge of finding the most suitable candidates for management and hourly positions.
