An all-around virtual assistant who specialises in providing social media, research and admin support to small businesses and consultants who work with tasks they either don’t know how to do, don’t like doing, or don’t want to do. QUALITY ENGLISH AND GOOD WRITING SKILLS. In my position as a Virtual Assistant to Big Click Syndicate, I wrote articles for the website, managed content for landing pages, and even crafted social statuses for SM accounts like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Moreover, I have an extensive experience in freelance writing both online and offline.

STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. To capitalize on small resources to increase productivity, I always jot down notes using virtual sticky notes on my laptop and even have my personal Trello board. Personally, these are useful strategies for storing spontaneous information that might otherwise escape my mind later on. While working with documents, I use Google's web-based office suite for easier sharing and auto-saving options that will allow a user to store every information and not miss out on anything. Moreover, I have an excellent time management. Combination of planning, scheduling, strategy, delegation, and adaptability are good traits that you can absolutely depend on me.

PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY. As a problem solver, one needs to be able to identify the cause of the issue and understand it fully. I believe solving problems in a timely manner is essential so I promised my clients to implement solutions as fast and effectively as possible. So, when a problem arises, I usually research by myself, gathering more information about a problem and then to brainstorm with other team members (if any, or with the client). I even go as far as consulting more experienced colleagues or acquiring knowledge through online research, seminars, webinars or courses.
