program$need$in$pilot$cities.$The$task$was$also$including$distributing$the$tools$and$reviewing$the$
study$report$at$the$end$of$the$study.Developing$and$Reporting$the$Program$Progress$to$Related$
Partner.$The$program$progress$has$to$be$reported$monthly,$quarterly$and$at$the$end$of$the$first$
phase$ to$ the$ fund$ agency.$ The$ task$ was$ also$ including$ collecting$ the$ report$ from$ local$
implementer$agency,$reviewing,$validating,$writing$and$translating$the$available$report.$
• Producing$ the$ Knowledge$ Product.$ The$ knowledge$ product$ is$ including$ (animated)$ module$ for$
program’s$ end9beneficiaries$ and$ program$ newsletter.$ The$ task$ (of$ developing$ module)$ covers$
planning$the$content$with$partner,$planning$the$design$and$assisting$the$animator$during$module$
creative$ process,$ approving$ the$ module,$ printing$ the$ module$ and$ distributing$ to$ the$ local$
implementer$ agency.$ $ While$ the$ task$ of$ program$ newsletter$ covers$ collecting,$ translating,$ and$
reviewing$the$material,$assisting$the$design,$together$with$Senior$approving$the$final$version,$and$

The$ program$ has$ key$ elements$ that$ have$ to$ be$ tried$ on$ the$ pilot$ phase.$ Monitoring$ activity$
purpose$was$to$make$sure$that$the$key$element$has$been$implemented$and$suggest$solution$for$
the$problem$on$the$field.$The$task$was$also$including$checking$the$report$with$the$actual$on$the$

environmental$service$($Badan$Lingkungan$Hidup),$local$cooperative$agency$(Dinas$Koperasi)$and$
also$with$corporate$vendor$(recycling$machine$vendors).$As$with$relation$with$local$government$
were$ more$ to$ connect$ the$ program$ with$ each$ agency,$ especially$ for$ social$ side$ of$ the$ program$
(microfinance,$health$and$education$access).$
