I have been working in this field for over 10 years, I started my carrier as customer service representative and I gradually climbed up the ladder and worked as Team Lead and Project Manager for various projects including Inbound and Outbound campaigns for UK, USA, Canada and Australia. As a result, I have developed impeccable phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.

My duties as project manager included correspondence with the companies/ clients, getting training directly from the companies on their products, conducting interviews for my projects, selecting right candidates, training them on product knowledge and business rules as per each company, supervising the shift, sending client reports, monitoring agent’s performances based on QA feedback and daily stats, decision making to achieve set targets.
Working in the management I have handled a team of over 20 individuals and for the past 3 and half years I am working from home and In the past I have helped by training staff to decrease average call handling time and increased customer satisfaction by 70%. This resulted in more business for the company.

I have a separate room allocated for official use with noise free background. I have stable ultra high speed DSL wired internet connection along with power back up that allows me to have an uninterrupted, trouble free and peaceful work environment.
