Key Results and Outputs:
Psychosocial, Environmental and Economic Vulnerability and Risk Assessment:
Conducted psychosocial, environmental and economic vulnerability and risk assessment in district Peshawar to have a clear-cut picture of socio-economic and environmental factors that are at stake due to natural and human induced disasters.
Multi-Hazard Vulnerability & Risk Assessment (MHVRA):
Responsible for planning, implementation, conducting research study and follow-up of project (Disaster Risk, Vulnerability, Coping Capacity of Line Agencies): monitoring and evaluation, proposals and reports writings, coordination and partnerships development, advocacy, information management.
In close cooperation with the Principal Investigators and members of the team, developed steps and procedures for timely planning and implementation of all elements of country level Vulnerability & Risk Assessments in order to cope with the changing behavior of disaster trend;
Carried out risk assessments and liaised with future disaster trend to develop consolidated and harmonized response strategy and mechanisms;
Interviews from Governmental & Non-Governmental Organizations:
Conducted interviews with Governmental & Non-governmental Organizations to assess & evaluate the Coping Capacity of concerned stakeholders under MHVRA
Responsible for questionnaire development to assess coping capacity line departments and its compilation.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitored, evaluated and suggested changes and improvements in the project based on observations and discussions with the local staff and the Principal Investigators;
Ensured that program activities are in accordance with international norms and standards and meet regulations;
Coordinated activities to synergize with other programs and partners

Validation of IEE and EIA:
FIFA is a potential stakeholder of Pakistan Environmental Protection Department and they used to dispatch Initial Environmental Examinations (IEE) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for FIFA for third party validation. Due to my relevant academic background, I was involved in validation of initial environmental examinations specifically in Mari Petroleum, Oil & Gas exploration, project in North-Waziristan, small dams and Darazinda Cement Plant flood mitigation plans.
Office Management:
Parallel to the above, I had the grasp the knowledge of coordination with high-ups to schedule appointments and update schedules, presentation making, recording minutes of meeting and compliance/follow-up of the decisions, overseeing clerical tasks, file maintenance, smooth running of office activities.

Revival of Indigenous Cultural Heritage:
Revival, protection, projection and promotion of the indigenous cultural treasure through all possible approaches in 74 Tehsils of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Proposal Evaluation & Shortlisting of Implementing Partners:
Core responsible for implementing partners proposal evaluation under Revival of Indigenous Cultural Heritage project on Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS), technical and financial evaluation, allocation of project activities in 74 Tehsils of KP,
ToRs and Agreement Development:
Developed Terms of References and Agreement for the project Revival of Indigenous Cultural Heritage (RICH) and upcoming projects having same vision, mission and goals.
Leadership Management:
Assisted the executive management in the development of RICH Provincial level strategy, action plan and advocacy messages and other priorities in the country programming frameworks; Carried out assessments to identify areas of expansion and participate and represent DoC in relevant coordination meetings;
