After about 3 years work in a factory, as planning manager, about 18 years ago, I decided to work as freelancer. For the same reason, I have experienced doing various types of business management project, often as coach and mentor, in different organization. The most important models I work with, are Execution Premium Process (XPP) and Lean Management system.

Although, my education in industrial engineering and EMBA, would assist me to do so many actions, the more experience I gained, the more I realized that I needed to work on cognitive and behavioral skills. Therefore, I studied for a doctorate in strategic business management with a focus on human resource management and organizational behavior.

Obviously, executing the strategy is so more important than analyzing and planning it; and real challenge to this is aligning the people with the strategy converting them to human capital.
