As a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Power BI Developer, I bring a strong background in financial and real estate analytics, with a professional focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. With hands-on experience in US real estate appraisal operations, I’ve developed a deep understanding of valuation metrics, property analysis, and client reporting.

In my role as a Valuation Analyst, I have worked extensively on data verification, order processing, appraiser assignment, and cost evaluation for residential and commercial properties. I am adept at using tools such as Excel, RSDS, and internal order portals for efficient workflow and reporting.

Alongside, I have also worked as a Power BI Developer where I designed and deployed interactive dashboards and automated reports to support business decisions. My command over Power BI, DAX, Python, and SQL allows me to deliver scalable data models and compelling visualizations for various industries. I have also completed projects and certifications in Google Analytics, MongoDB, and Excel automation, which add depth to my technical capabilities.
