The following (recent 3 years) projects were performed, spanning the full R&D lifecycle:

• Protein Interaction Modeling – Led projects integrating Genomic Foundational Models (GFMs) and protein Language Models (pLMs) to infer protein–protein interactions with enhanced predictive accuracy.
• Agentic NLP Systems – Created intelligent NLP solutions by combining Agentic AI with fine-tuned LLMs, powering real-world tasks such as prediction, classification, and clustering within production-scale data pipelines.
• Biomarker Discovery – Developed machine learning and generative models for biomarker discovery using neurodegeneration RNA datasets, uncovering novel insights for disease progression and treatment stratification.
• Graph Neural Networks in Healthcare – Designed and deployed GNN architectures for patient contagion detection across heterogeneous medical datasets, improving early identification of transmission risks.
• Generative Medical Imaging – Built contrastive generative models to replace iodine contrast in mammography imaging, advancing safer and more accessible diagnostic workflows.
