Hello my name is Ijhaylene, I have 2 and half years of experience as a Customer Service Representative at Transpeed Communications in Ortigas City, handled online shopping account, my job is to help customers to resolve their concerns such as checking the status of their orders,helping them placing an order online, and also i was an online receptionist, i took an after hour calls, checking emails,relaying messages to our clients,and also i have 4 months of experience as an outbound representative, handled B2B campaign, about me i love to learn a lot of things to be successful in life and career, I have my small online business, I sell garments and mobile accessories, we post it online thru Facebook, I have basic computer knowledge such as Google Docs,Ms word,handling social media,(experience thru my own page).
