I am skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, working directly with customers, product owners, designers, business analysts, etc. I manage developers by conducting code reviews, holding technical meetings, and managing tasks. Typically, I work with my team without the need for a project manager, as I am capable of overseeing all necessary activities myself.

I am adept at generating ideas. I believe I possess a strong imagination and the ability to identify problems, which extends beyond the technical aspects to include project-related improvements like new features and suggestions. I prefer creating task lists by collaborating with a product owner rather than just working on assigned tasks.

I help grow new team members by teaching, educating, and mentoring them. This is a proven fact, as many Ruby developers have been educated or retrained by me.
