Tookie was my
rst big side project and my most successful one. Tookie was a meta-
search engine for torrent movies that was published on the chrome app store back
then. It was built to scratch my own itch at trying to
nd nice movies to watch over the
weekend and also to start learning Node.js. It quickly started growing at peaked at
600 daily users and around 350k pageviews (h

got shutdown from the google chrome store due to not complying with their terms of
service.
