2. Company Identification
● Researched potential companies using Apollo.io, Clay.ai, google maps, LinkedIn, and
market directories
● Verified active websites and company LinkedIn profiles
3. Contact Enrichment
● Collected names, job titles, direct emails, and phone numbers (through linkedin and
other enrichment softwares)
● Located individual and company LinkedIn URLs for added context
4. Email Verification
● Verified email addresses using tools like Snov.io, mails.so, and Hunter.io
● Ensured clean, valid data and removed invalid or duplicate entries
5. Data Entry & Presentation
● Compiled information into a structured spreadsheet
● Maintained consistent formatting, suitable for CRM imports and campaign use
