One of my notable projects involved collaborating with a startup focused on solving a major challenge in the real estate sector—verifying land and property documents to protect customers from fraudulent agents.

My contributions included:

• Designing the entire product workflow from onboarding to document verification
• Mapping out key user journeys for both customers and administrators
• Creating a clean and trustworthy interface that encourages confidence in the service
• Developing a responsive dashboard for users to upload, track, and manage verification requests
• Ensuring the design felt secure, simple, and easy for non-technical users

The final design helped the startup build a strong foundation for their platform and provided users with a reliable way to confirm the authenticity of documents before making high-value purchase decisions.
