Work Experience: Senior Software Engineer: Oratier Technologies (August 2015 – Now) I have been hired for the customization and development of Hospital Information management system (HMIS) at Children Hospital Pims, Islamabad. The major tasks assigned to me are as follows 1) Ensure the smooth working of SQL 2012 clustered environment with availability groups. 2) Maintained SQL Server Database; ensure accuracy of information and automate numerous functions. 3) Fine tuning of database objects and server to ensure efficient data retrieval. 4) Monitor and optimize system performance using SQL Profiler and Database Engine Tuning Advisor. 5) Designed and implemented incremental and full back up policies and procedures. 6) Performed database logical and physical design, maintenance, tuning, archiving, backups, replication, recovery, software upgrades, capacity planning and optimization for SQL Server database. Apart from these I am also working as the team lead for the implementation of the whole HMIS. Data ware Housing and BI training of 6 weeks (DICE Dec 2017 –Feb 2018): The purpose of the training was to make students understand the basics and advanced concepts of data ware housing and Business intelligence. During the course I implemented Teradata architecture from scratch and used Tableau to make the dashboards. I were also introduced to the working and concepts cloudera. Teaching Assistant: IT University Lahore (Feb 2014 –July 2015) Worked as a teaching assistant for two courses (Numerical Analysis, Discrete Mathematics) at ITU Lahore. My job was to help my teachers in taking quizzes, grading papers and helping students in understanding the course. UeXel International, Pakistan Islamabad (November 2012 – June2013) I was the member of web development team and YII-developers team. My job was to develop and maintain responsive websites from scratch using YII-framework and twitter bootstrap.
