I’m a Web3 community contributor and support specialist, focused on helping users navigate blockchain platforms with ease. I currently support platforms like Galxe for the past Two(2) years and AnyAlt, offering clear, human-centered assistance to users, from understanding quests and Aura to resolving issues and exploring product features.

My role bridges the gap between product teams and the community. I actively gather feedback, test new features, and turn complex updates into simple, helpful content. Whether it’s guiding someone through their first campaign or answering tricky questions, I aim to make the Web3 experience more approachable and rewarding.

I’m passionate about onboarding and education, especially for newcomers who are curious but unsure where to start. Through tutorials, chats, and real-time support, I help users feel confident and excited to engage with the ecosystem.
