Iana Zacharee Baquiran

I am Iana Zacharee Baquiran, a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with experience creating significant collection and interpretation solutions from extensive data assortment. I have a noticeably high level of skill when it comes to data management software and tools, which has helped me work in my field with accuracy and efficiency, especially on tasks that occur at distinct volumes. I aim to expand my management and analysis skills to utilize data to create informative business decisions. 

For a former internship, I worked with an excellent idea of tackling the immense workload of digitizing all patients’ paper files on hand as part of the role of Nursing Informatics. This vast project required meticulous handling of information from each client to digital media and sorted in systems that conform with privacy acts.  It also helped healthcare providers perform quality checks and deploy optimized data entry workflows that improved the accuracy of data inputs in medical care. Furthermore, completing relevant training and gaining practical experience as a data entry volunteer with a non-profit organization has refined my data entry skills in a real-world setting, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. Pursuing certifications in data management software such as Microsoft Excel has enhanced my ability to manage and analyze data effectively. 

My biggest strength is that I am efficient in meeting deadlines regularly and consistently striving for good quality output or accuracy. Moreover, I can adapt quickly to my colleagues in a team setting. My biggest weakness is that I have difficulty refusing or saying no to additional tasks or projects, which can result in burnout. Even though I have flaws, I am determined to overcome those weaknesses and focus more on my strengths.

I am eager to enhance data integrity and support organizational goals. I look forward to contributing to your team and driving positive outcomes through effective data management practices.
